I am signing up for prelaunch distributorship and noticed on your form that we put our SSN and our enrollers SSN. While understanding why you need the information for tax purposes, I feel that once you get our SSN you should assign us a company ID # to give to our down line or put on any distributor sign up forms as the enroller # because of all the identity theft in this day and age. We will be assigning Distributor IDs at the time of our official launch and as you suggested, use that as the identifier instead of the SSN. The thought behind the SSN on the Pre-launch Application was that it could be used as an additional identifier in case we had multiple distributors with the same name prior to launch, during which time we are not using the assigned numbers.
For the time being, you are welcome to use the sponsor email address as the second identifier instead of the Sponsor’s SSN and instruct your downline in this as well.
