The Good Kind of Daily Grind
Some folks have been curious as to why we only sell Choffy as grounds, rather than beans. The answer is pretty simple, the grind makes all the difference in the flavor of the Choffy, and frankly, it is tricky to grind cacão. In our two and a half year development of the product we tried everything from coffee grinders to blenders. In the end we developed our own industrial grinder built to very detailed specifications to assure the quality and consistency of Choffy.
This new grinder allows us to produce Choffy that is consistent, and much finer in composition. This does a couple of things. First, it enables us to have a product that brews with a much more consistent flavor. Second, tests show that the Choffy brewed from our industrial grind is stronger so you will be able to use less Choffy to achieve your desired taste.
We believe that innovation is at the core of Choffy, and we will continue to seek new and better ways to do things. The proprietary development of our Choffy Grinder is an example of that dedication.
