WHAT IS CHOFFY?
Choffy is both a product and a company. Choffy is made from the cacão bean, roasted and ground through a special patent pending process that results in amazing flavor and maintains its natural health benefits. We have chosen three distinct variations to launch with: Ecuadorian, Nicaragua, and Ivory Coast. We encourage you to try all three and let us know what your favorite is.
As a company, we are part of the Direct Selling Industry, committed to honesty, integrity, and to bringing both a great Taste and a great Life to people everywhere.
IS CHOFFY ADDICTIVE?
Cacão is not physically addictive, and therefore since Choffy is 100% organic cacão it is not addictive either.
DOES CHOFFY HAVE AN EFFECT ON MY CALCIUM LIKE COFFEE DOES?
There is a natural compound called oxalate in cacão. Oxalate can inhibit the absorption of calcium in bones. However the large amounts of magnesium found in cacão outweigh any potential calcium loss since magnesium facilitates calcium absorption according to most studies.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE DIRECT SELLING?
Our mission and cause, simply put as “Taste. Life.,” has always been a vital part of who we are. As we researched different ways to distribute our product, it became apparent that if we wanted to share our company values along with our product, a traditional distribution model would not suffice. We knew that to truly make an impact, we would need a person-to-person approach. The most proven relationship based model is Direct Sales (also known as Network Marketing). As we considered this, it became obvious that this was the best method to provide not only an incredible product, but also an incredible opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.
DO YOU HAVE A NON-COMPETE POLICY?
While we do not have a policy restricting our distributors from participating in other Direct Selling (a.k.a Network Marketing) opportunities, we do have policies to protect our distributors and those of other companies from predatory recruiting practices. These will all be outlined in our forthcoming Policies and Procedures, but for the time being please adhere to the following:
- Do not represent Choffy at a meeting in which another Direct Selling Opportunity is also being represented.
- Do not recruit your Choffy downline into other Direct Selling Opportunities.
- Comply with all policies outlined by the other Direct Selling companies you participate with.
It is important that we protect the good name of Choffy, the Direct Selling Industry as a whole, and other companies within the Industry. We would not want distributors from other companies trying to take away our distributors and likewise, we do not want our distributors trying to take other companies’ distributors. We love our company and our Industry and want to provide a good experience for all who come in contact with us.
