When asked what she attributed to her longevity, she said that she ate about 1lb. of chocolate a week (depending on the type you purchase, however, this can get expensive!). That's about 2oz. per day! Not that much really. Just 1oz. in the morning and 1oz. in the evening. And from what your studies say above (I'd like to see more sources cited), it sounds like a good practice. However, stay away from the milk chocolate. Choffy and dark chocolate is the way to go.
